    Can't flash heatermeter from linkmeter

I seem to be having similar if not the same problems. I'm wondering if I am loading the software onto the Bootloader? avrdude -c usbtiny -p atmega328P -U flash:w:heatermeter.cpp.hex Connecting to capnbry.net (24.73.193.140:80) hm.hex 11% |*** |...

LinkMeter v2 Homebrew BBQ Controller - Part 2

For my purpose I wired the connection directly to the router. I didn't get far enough to do the bridge or anything since my heater meter is not working correctly at the moment.

When you change the network settings the 192.168.200.1 should change to something on your network. I downloaded a LAN scan and saw the correct ip and was able to log in

LinkMeter v2 Homebrew BBQ Controller - Part 2

If you scroll up a bit you will see I have the exact same problem. Bryan suggested a few steps to try. Didn't work for me, but you might give it a try. Also you are most likely not connected to the net on your router. You are getting a basic 192.168.200.1 static address. I Maje network...

LinkMeter v2 Homebrew BBQ Controller - Part 2

I must have erased the bootloader and software from the atmega I get this now. When I hit the reset button I still kept getting the errors. I probably have to use the audrino uno again to program the chip as it didn't work with the usbtiny Connecting to capnbry.net (24.73.193.140:80) hm.hex...

Slicing and pulling a single Pork Butt question

I was looking through my flyer and saw that restaurant Depot had some boneless pork butts on sale for 1.39 a pound. I was thinking of picking up one. Some people that I cook for are not fans of pulled pork. I was debating on slicing some and pulling some pork. I was wondering if I could cut...

Figured so. I know the iPhone gave me a message that the phone was running hot and I couldn't use it until it cooled off. I had it directly in the Sun when I got this message.

LinkMeter v2 Homebrew BBQ Controller - Part 2

Going to get around to putting the actual link meter onto the router on monday or Tuesday sometime. A few more questions. I loaded the following Hetermeter.cpp.hex I also flashed the WRT54g with the linkmeter-wrt54g-squashfs.bin is there anything else I need to flash or do? I see the files...

LinkMeter v2 Homebrew BBQ Controller - Part 2

</div></BLOCKQUOTE> That would be great. Thanks I flashed the WRT54 with the .bin file. Do I have to SSH into the WRT for the TRX or can I do it right from the web interface?

LinkMeter v2 Homebrew BBQ Controller - Part 2

Thanks to everyone's help here of course. The next step is to Flash the WRT and start putting together the wires for the LCD and such. I might throw the entire router into a project box instead of using the Linksys casing. Not 100% sure on that yet
