eBay seller replacement wood handles $7.99 plus $2.50 shipping

I think that s a very good price also. I have eight wood handles on my stuff and like them a whole lot better than the plastic ones because they don't get as hot and I think look better. I bet his price will go up shortly so get them while you can.

    ribs on 22 wsm

Yep I would also. But keep in mind that each rack cooks just a little different so just keep a close eye at the end and adjust as needed. It becomes easy after awhile.

    First Brisket Questions

You can make burnt ends out of the flat also if you want and you can make burnt ends out of pork or anything else for that matter. The point is the best on brisket but cube your heart out. Enjoy your meal.

5 lb packer? 8 lb packer?

Look and see if there is a band of fat separating two portions of meat. I was just guessing by the weight.

Cooking for a crowd and I have questions.

Well you did not say how big they are and 9-10 hours sounds just a little bit to short to me. Others will chime in. But on the other hand if you plan on wrapping you might be alright.

Brought a Weber grill off CL to refurbish now I'm not so sure it's needed

Looks good to me also, just clean it up. My igniter was acting that way and all it needed was the connection where the wires plug together got oxidized and needed cleaned. I think you got a very good deal.

5 lb packer? 8 lb packer?

There flats I bet. I would look for 12-13 pound ones if you have an 18 and also look for thick flats which is hard to find these days.
