    Performer 5# tank refill

    I have the adaptor to fill the 1# tanks for my Q from a 20 # tank, that isn't hard to do at all. I just followed the instructions it was easy, I have since gotten the hose to run it off of the 20 # tank and I like that better because it lasted forever it seems like.

    I have found you can feed around 20-25 people per butt, I have a 18'' and it will cook four butts max, so I normally cook either two or four and plan on having left overs, I don't like to run short.

    I've cooked a suckling pig before and they are delicious, just like a full scale hog only smaller. I would do it again if may next door neighbor still raised hogs, I might have to find another pig farmer.
