I soak the corn in the husk for ahoy an hour. Then I cut the end with the silk so there is none sticking out. I cook direct medium(350-400) for about 35 minutes and flip once. The silk comes off pretty easy after cooking. Hope this helps.
Lowes had several pallets lining the aisle today as does Home Depot. Wal mart actually had a lot in stock which is rare for them. I think two twin packs should round me out since I bought a lot at Good Friday sale. Also, my costco had the kcomp on sale for 17.59
When. Began looking at gasses to compliment my OTS I figured I wanted a weber but the price seemed steep. As I was oogling a Genesis one day a guy came up to he and said he wished his 18 year old genny would die so had an excuse to pickup a new one but it wouldn't. From that point I knew to...
I have the same pan and it is great for all kinds of veggies. Perfect for peppers and onions when doing fajitas. I gave up on trying to keep it shiny a while back
How do you like the big easy versus chickens from the wsm? I have wanted one for years but can not justify the purchase with all the other cooking toys. I have a friend who actually does butts in his but not sure how that turns out. Chicken looks great.
The specs on the stuff from your link stated it was only good to 450 F. Your lid temp will see 600 so it will be hotter at the burners. I would not use this and would go with the SS bolt idea.
I have still yet to see the charcoal at our stores. It must sell quick. I did pick up a 6 bags of kcomp during the Costco sail so I will probably wait until the Memorial Day sales. That or the HD sale this weekend.
I stopped by my local Wal mart and they were already out. For some reason they get very small quantities of these specials. Hopefully the HD or Lowes are pretty good.
It would actually be close. It is browner than the Alabama crimson I was wanting. I do like the color and you will definitely love the EP330. Post pics when you get one.
That is what it is all about. Cooking to make our family happy. It sure looks like that cutie enjoyed those wings. Fair warning, boys are different. You will be amazed how destructive they can be.
