    Killer baby backs

    Peel a corner of the membrane up and then use a paper towel to grip. It pulls off quite easily and in one piece 99% of the time. Works for me anyway!

    I've been thawing meat, including chicken, on the counter for years. Never had any problems. Go with what you know......don't let the government idiots scare you!!

    Spread 'em out on a paper bag in that hot Alabama sun for a day (monitor operation with a six pack) and they should be good to go!

    How do you store your charcoal to keep fresh?

    Wrapping anything in plastic with it tightly sealed can actually cause moisture to become trapped. A paper bag, such as what charcoal is packaged in, loosely sealed has always been good for me.....even when I lived in Valdosta GA!! So............whatever works for you is good.
