    How's this for firing up the locals Lexington barbecue isn't Eastern NC...it's Western NC (or, naturally, Lexington) style But I agree, barbecue is pork. I picked up the book yesterday and read it last night. Will try the lessons sometime in the near future.

    This is my go-to recipe for slaw. The recipe makes a LOT of dressing, even halving the recipe makes enough dressing for three or four batches.
