    Deeper Water Pan

    I always use water, except for chicken. I foil my pan and load the ashes into it to soak up the left over water. I fold the foil over (left and right) and again (top and bottom) making a neat small foil pillow. The whole thing slides right into the charcoal bag. Easy cleanup. I just dry out...

    If you use a DigiQ DX2 (which I do) or any other bowl mounted ATC the vents are all closed. The fan supplies the air to keep the coals lit.

    Reheating pulled pork

    I vacuum seal all my PP leftovers. I weigh them out in 1# bags since most sandwiches are 1/4#. Once sealed all you have to do is boil the unopened bag in water. The bag retains the juices.

    Me and your cousin think alike. LOL! I was about 11 years old and my dad asked me to show him how to play. So, as I went through moves and presented him with the options of moves he could make...I Check Mated myself. He never played another game...said it was too complicated.

    Brisket price???

    I just checked this morning...Corned Beef Brisket is still $5.99/lb. It'll be 99 cents/lb the day after St. Paddy's Day. I haven't seen a packer brisket in months.
