Tony, we wrapped the ribs @ 6 1/2 hours. They were back in the smoker wrapped for about a hour & half. Pulled them off & let rest for 30 mins while the wife finished the sides. They were guud.

Wow Fred Flintstone would have bee proud. Huge Bedrock ribs. This one rib fed me & the war dept. Plenty left overs for today. Merry Christmas & Happy New Years to everyone on this site. Hoping for much snow this winter. Russ, Deb Myles, Blue & Sadie too
