I have got to where I really like mozzarella smoked. It really takes the smoke good and is nice a soft. I buy it at Sams and cut down the width.

Finally tried out my new griddle. I think going to like it. Very heavy duty. Did smash burgers. Forgot to put some oil under burgers but no problem sticking. Should of gave another 5 minute to preheat but will do next time. Clean up very easy with wet paper towel. Much better than that...

Found a Large HEAVY DUTY 19.75 x 13 inch Stainless Steel Griddle BBQ, Stove Fire pit Top for $55. Maybe that would work. Will have to check grill size when get home.

Guess I should just find a new home for it. It is old but still a great grill! I tried using a griddle like I did on my old grill for smash burgers and did not seem to work as good. I am still on a learning curve with new grill.

Since I have the Weber E-410 now I am thinking of converting my Silver B into a flat top grill. What be be my best option to replace grill grates with flat top?

Thanks. I was getting pretty disappointed. I have been a very happy Weber customer for very long time. I have several Weber grills. Most 20 years old and still going. Really did not need this grill but could not pass up the price. My silver B is still a very good grill.

I'm sorry but did not realize needed all burners on to heat half the grill. I did not have to turn on all my burners on my Silver B. I guess it needs them all since it a bigger grill. Will try that next time. Learning curve for new grill.

I have my new grill for few weeks now. It just does not do steaks as good as my old Silver B. Not getting hot enough. It does chicken very well though. I preheat 2 burners for 15 minutes. The one I did yesterday was kinda of grey outside. I cook med rare. I may have to just spring for the...

I got one going on tomorrow also. Last brisket I did was whole trimmed. I mean they took all fat. Was first run after gasket kit and could hardly get past 200. Think might of had probe problem also but ended up the most tender one I have made. Leaving water out this time and thinking 225.

The only store around me is Durant Ok which is only 30 minutes but they are showing full price. I have had my Weber Silver B so long I cant guess how old it is but still works pretty good. I would buy this if I could get this price.
