    I was setting on bars on E410 trying to get hot enough. Looks like I dont need to on silver B. I put grates back in for next time. Truthfully I like my old Silver B better than new one. I think that its just to big.

    I used my vortex for the first time last weekend. Did chicken legs and thighs. Bottom vents on 22" kettle wide open and top half way closed. Let it go 30 minutes and the skin was burned pretty bad. Doing wings this weekend. Going to try closing bottom vents half way also this time. Guess...

    Lid on. Cook 5 minutes, rotate and 5 more minutes, rotate and about 3 more. Full chimney coals on one side with some lump on top.
