    I do seven bone chuck steaks. Marinade overnight and grill like a steak to med rare. Great flavor and fairly tender if not over cooked.

    No. 5 Sauce

    Took some left over #5 and mixed some habanero sauce to kick it up a little. Marinaded some U12 shrimp in it for a hour than grilled brushing some more sauce on it. They where wonderful.

    Thanks for reply. I got the rack from Sam's. I was thinking that they where thicker than they are. Shouldn't have any problems. Just don't want to over cook. I try not to use a instant read more than once if at all since after probing it seems like a lot of juices run out.

    I have been looking at the rack of lamb at Sam's and would like to try and grill one. I will be using my Weber Silver C. I will keep the seasonings pretty simple. Most recipes call for rosemary which I do not like. I would like to cook to med rare. Any suggestions would be welcome.

    Country Ribs

    We just ate some yummy country ribs. I rubbed with Wolfe rub and put into a cassorole dish with apple juice. Baked at 350 for 1.5 hrs then finished on grill with BBQ sauce. I was about to give up on grilled country ribs but this worked very good. Very tender and still had grillled flavor.
