    Stainless Heat Shield with Bricks

Frank it means One Touch Silver and One Touch Gold the different model Weber kettles. Ernie thanks for the great idea. Those Weber holders don't hold enough charcoal so a lot of us have been using bricks. This is so much nicer and cleaner. Also like the bread pan set up.

First Attempt at Roadside Chicken with some ABT's

Ernie I just did Roadside chicken wings for work this week and everyone loved them. This is my second time. Great recipe. I think I'm going to cut the vinegar in half with apple juice just to give it a try.

Need two Fixes for a 22.5 OTG

I ran a self tapping screw through each leg holder. It's still a bit wobbly but the legs don't fall off anymore. The top vent you can drill out and replace with a small bolt and a locking nut. Don't use the ones with the plastic though. They make all metal locking nuts.

Ribs... Pulling my Hair Out... Help!

Next time try the bend method for doneness. Take the rack by the end with tongs and see if they bend straight down and then check to see if the y have a slight tear (small end) when pulled apart with your fingers. When they do this that is when I throw them back on add sauce and cook about 20 to...

    Weber Rotisserie Seal

I've been using my rotisserie for 2 years now and the gap doesn't affect the cooking at all. Maybe some extra fuel usage but everything comes out great and usually cooks very quick so no real issue. But that's just me.

Temp guage placement on 22.5 OTS

This is just me but I would use a digital thermo with the probe mounted at grate level. Think about it a minute. If you were to do a one sided fire you would want the top vent on the opposite side of the fire right? But if the thermo was mounted opposite the vent now it's right over the fire so...

Any reason for concern at 18hrs?

Jack I'm from Ma. so maybe we had the same shoulders. I had mine yesterday stall at 160 I foiled then it stalled at 18 hours with a 189 temp and never went up again. I finally threw it in the oven at 350 in a foil pan with a bit of water and steamed it. Finally it finished. I've done well over...

    One Touch or Not

The one touch gold is the only way to go. Very easy to adjust the vents for smoking or grilling and super easy ash cleanup. Worth ever extra penny you pay versus the silver. Also get the 22" or the 26" if ya have friends or a big family.

    new weber kettle rotisserie

Deb you are going to absolutely love that rotisserie. I've had mine for two years and also have three WSM's and a couple of Ugly Drum Smokers and the rotisserie is the thing that gets the most use. Try Ebay for a rotisserie basket.

    Gravity feed WSM
