Going to order the silicone cups this morning. Probably a stupid question, but those are full size muffin cups correct? Not the smaller bite sized ones...I end to have to return a lot of things when I assume and don't ask the simplest of questions..... Thanks, Tim

Stanbroil Stainless Steel Cooking Grates For Weber Q

The fillets look great! Just a thought, but if the drippings are clogging the burners, would a quick brushing of the burners every time you clean the grates alleviate the potential problem? Just a thought. Thanks for the honest reviews, i look forward to see how these grates fare in the long...

    Ga$oline Pri¢es

I filled up at Sheetz Friday night for $1.80. Here in our part of NC, It has held pretty steady in the mid $1.80's range unless there's a hurricane in the gulf. Then it jumps from $1.85 up to $2.15 overnight. Then within a week or 2 it's back down in the $1.80's again. Tim

When to Put The Meat ON

I have always put the meat on as son as I dump my lit coals on the unlit. Thought being that if I wait to get up to temp, then open the smoker and add 7lb, 8lb,10lb of cold meat (depending on what you're smoking) it's just gonna throw the temp out of whack anyway. I'm a bit different as I like...

    My Q station

I love it! What did you use to cover the hole where the Genisis originally sat? Old worn out gassers can be found for the cheap pretty easily, and you're 100% correct, it's got to be much more stable than the Q stand. Great idea! Tim

Faux burnt ends have become a favorite at our hous, as well as with our friends. A couple chuck roasts can make enough "burnt ends" for quits a few people. I have had friends request them for whenever we get together or go tailgating! Tim
