    WSM 22.5 Hasn't Even Arrived and I'm Already Overwhelmed.

    After seven hours, I'm quite impressed. I've only had to adjust the airflow 3 or 4 times, and it has maintained between 210 and 265 the entire time.

    Glove recommendations?

    I think ideally I'd like something silicon for easy cleaning, but I'm open to pretty much anything. I'd probably prefer something with fingers and not mittens.

    Got the meat on at 5:30am. I sensed it from my pre-sale research and from reading here post-sale, and now I feel it from my brief experiences with this sucker so far: I feel like I've entered an entirely new domain of smoking. :D

    OK, guys. Thanks a ton. I'll fire 'er up basically un-modded (except for the wiring) and focus on temperature for now.
