This must be the 16# brisket you were referring to on the other post. I'm paying attention to these E6 cooks. One question, it looks like you are not using the diffuser, is there a reason for that?
There was one for sale locally down here that was really nice, wood handles/rollers and some other accessories. It was a sweet grill.
It was listed for about the same price by a guy on FB market. About a week later the same grill was offered from a girl, she said she bought this for her...
Try cleaning the brass fitting that goes into the burner tube. There is a little pin hole that can get clogged and reduce the flow of gas to the burner.
This video shows how to clean it.
Welcome Filippo.
A friend turned me on to Italian Train Station sandwiches a couple of months ago and I can't stop eating them. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.
I absolutely love the gas assist. I would not buy one without it. I use the baskets almost all the time and reuse charcoal. Put the baskets over the burner and hit the button. It doesn't get any easier. I also never have to change the bottles since I converted to a 20# tank.
I was regretting not buying the really nice PK360 that was on FB Marketplace a few weeks ago for $450......... After reading this thread maybe I don't have any regrets.
This is a great question. After my $2000 deductible I'll probably have just enough to get a Jumbo Joe. :(
But, you said we are happy with the amount so here is what I would get. Weber Summit Charcoal, 18.5 WSM, Jumbo Joe and the new Traveler.
