Does anyone own a new Weber gas grill?

I have a 2013 Spirit S320 and am starting to experience rust on the bottom of the cart I live in the UK so quite a lot of rain and although I have a cover I don't have any shelter. My fault I know but there are other parts that are starting to fail such as the ignition which is no longer...

    NY strip vs Ribeye

For me it depends on the method of cooking. I much prefer a rib eye cooked on a griddle or pan to avoid flare ups whilst a NY (or sirloin in the UK) is best over coals. Personal choice I know.

    Go-Anywhere Charcoal - Carry Case

I have this addition to my GA, amazing piece of kit. It separates in half.

    New toys

I've had my rotisserie probably about 9 years for my 11 year old OTP. I tried using the same ring (which is perfectly round and flat) on my 2 year old Performer Deluxe -i t was not a good fit. To make matters worse, I also had to use my old lid on the Performer as the new lid wouldn't sit...

What's Your Favorite Way to Grill a Whole Chicken?

I'm always interested by the coals on one side only approach. I like to rotisserie mine with a basket of coals on either side. For extra flavour I like to add a chunk of cherry wood on the grill grates above the basket. A mild smoke taste but a nice little red tinge to the bird.

    Been a Long Long Time

Being from the Uk, what is the nature of the charcoal ban you mention?

Should we be getting a disclaimer signed? Probably soooooooo

Not sure what the situation is in the US, but fish in the supermarket in the UK has a warning on the label: Contains Fish. Make of that what you will.

    Dusted off the old Rotisserie

By far the best of all the Weber accessories that I have bought in the last 10 years that I have owned them is my rotisserie ring. Faultless poutry, amazing skin on pork joints - amazing. Same can't be said for the Spirit 300 one - never even used.

2013 Weber Spirit S320 Ignition Fault

Hi, I am in the Uk and I have a faulty ignition on my 2013 Weber Spirit S320. The replacement ignition kit is nowhere to be found here but I have a question about the ignition for the E310. Is the spark generated in the push button that is mounted on the front of the grill? If so, could I not...

    Wind got my Master Touch!

I dropped my OTP lid back in 2012 when the grill was only a few months old. Sick to the stomach about but 9 years later although there is an unsightly couple of chips the metal shows no sign of rusting through. When I remember I apply a thin layer of WD40 just to protect it from the weather as...

Looking for a good Mediterranean chicken kebab recipe.

This site has some excellent recipes and videos to go alongside. The chicken gyros one is excellent especially if you have a rotisserie as they cook it in an over. Alternatively, try mygreekrecipe.com

Looking for a good Mediterranean chicken kebab recipe.

I'm a big fan of chicken souvlaki from Greece/Cyprus.. You can use breast as it is easier to cut into more uniform pieces for even grilling but thighs are more forgiving. For me and the other half I would generally use 2 large breasts or 4 thighs cut into roughly 1 1/2 - 2 inch cubes. Marinate...

    Performer or Rotisserie

I was lucky enough to pick up a Performer Deluxe a couple of years at a discounted price due to water damage to the box (BBQ was fine). What i find really convenient about the Performer is not the gas assist but rather the charcoal storage bucket under the table top. The rack underneath also...

Happy Birthday to George A. Stephen!

I think we’re starting to see some real price differences here in the UK. I know that we were always dearer but in anticipation of Spring it’s looking pretty hefty. One business that markets itself as the UK’s largest Weber showroom in now listing a charcoal grate for a 22” kettle for £31.49...

First use of my charcoal Go Anywhere

These are great little grills but I do find the legs a bit of a faff. I really only use it for kebabs/kabobs as the sever rest perfectly flat across the grates which I don't get with the SJP. Don't get much of a char mark from the greater as they are so thin though.

    Red limited edition kettles

I have one of these in England but I really am not that impressed with the quality to be honest. Had to get a replacement lid due to chipping. Looks good though.

    Chiefs or Bucs?

I'm leaning towards Tampa only because it is the only football stadium that I have seen in person and have had several Florida vacations. Nothing deep there. However, Mahomes is special.

Charcoal ring/diffuser plate on Weber Performer

Not sure how it works in the US but weber products go up by 10% here in the Ik - without fail. Some online retailers discount by a standard 10% anyway,, but it does seem strange why the price increase is so consistent. It used to be that the price in dollars was the same in £'s (not allowing...

Managing smaller pieces of lump coal

I tip my lump out into a large plastic box that I store it that has a lid. That way I can cherry pick the size of charcoal that I want for the cook. For a steak I'll use the small stuff along with the 90 degree 2 charcoal grate set up
