    Who washes their grill. I like mine 100% organic, all natural, gluten free, hormone free, bpa free, pesticide free, and any other chemical free. Leave the lid off and let it burn out. It's like a self cleaning oven, Then knock the crumbs off the grate with a brush and call it a day.

    If you have you aju boiling you can dip slices of meat in there for a min or two. It doesn't really cook it much more but it gives the appearance of well done.

    Brand new to WSM and smoke

    And if you have problems getting to that temp you can always crack the door on the wsm open. I have 2 machine screws through the door of my WSM. That way they are like little legs to prop the door open when doing high heat cooks.

    Get a One Touch Silver. They are like 80-90 bucks and last a long time. Why do you need a sauce pan for an ash catcher, or a cart? Don't you have a patio table already? Buy a hinged grate when the regular one is shot.
