I’ve gotten a itch to try and restore it now that I’ve done a Gas Grill.

Is there a list somewhere of common size bolts to these grill? And is there somewhere to get the plastic end cap fillers?

Nope Ive been reading and getting as much info as possible here. Cleaned the inside with simple green and left it bare. wasn’t really going for a flawless rehab on this one. Just getting my feet wet.

Started to day on the Silver A(?) I think it’s what it’s called. Got the gas valves rebuilt and firebox, sides and control panel all cleaned up. Burner tubes are in great shape need to order flavorizer bars and an ignition button if they sell them. Other than that going to work on from tomorrow...

I think people are just cleaning out and getting rid of stuff. I got one red with extra burner free, one for $30 and the other two for $20. seems pretty cheap.

I’m new at this. I thought the wheels were just an add on. There’s no bar for the shelf arm to hold on to. I figured it was just missing. I don’t know how to date them.
