    Thanks. It is very similar to chili verde...main difference is the added chipotle, chili powder, and hominy. Pork took on the smoke very well and the heat level was about perfect.

    B&B Char-logs?

    I ran these in my WSM along with some lump and large wood chunks to fill in the gaps. The logs are best for longer/lower cooks. They were very efficient in that capacity.

    Found some great looking salmon and wanted to do it right on a Friday night!Got things going…was feeling the Weber…errrrr Xmas spirit 😎Fired up the grill and got the taters going then added the salmon after taters were almost done. Did some basic green beans and served it up!Cheers!
