I have three webers, a performer, WSM and a spirit II. I really like all of them. The spirit is quick to use when you just want to grill something fast that's the way to go. It's easy to control the temperature really doesn't burn that much gas. The other two require char coal. And take more...

Got a rack of three plate ribs on the WSM and a mac salad for Monday. Going to be over 95 through the rest of the weekend so not sure what we'll do.

Nice looking meal.fast is not always bad

For me would depend on how much space I have available and now often I'm going to use it. I like the stainless steel one but the other one would work very good for me on occasional use
