No,it really is Costa Rican Chorizo purchased at a local small Costa Rican Meat Market which is their secret recipe. When purchased it was in one long piece in which I then took a knife to it to have some equal portions. I took a photo of the frozen portions that were not eaten yesterday.

The Costa Rican Chorizo was a big plus at today’s lunch!
