I just built a shelf out of cedar and attached it to the outer edge of the deck rail. Doesn't take up any deck space that way. Simple but effective. It is a 20 year old deck so I am not real worried about aesthetics.

I might have another of the specific Q2xx carts out back. If so, it will probably go with the CharQ that I have yet to refurb.

On the newer foldable ones, they kind of lock into place. On the older style, they just set on them and there was supposed to be a strap to hold them down....those straps are alway gone or trashed however. On the Q2xx specific cart, the grills just sent into them.

Josh, are you sure that will fit both Q2xx and Q3xx grills? I think that is made specifically for the Q3xx grills and grills are not removable from the cart. Whereas the cart I posted above is made for the Q2xx and the grills can be lifted right off the cart.

100's and 200's both work on the regular foldable carts. Weber made a cart similar to the Q300 cart but smaller that was designed for a Q200. Q100 or Q200 Q100 Q200 Q200 only

I think it probably could. They are nice carts, however, I believe they are about $200 new.

Cody, I have it listed in a couple Madison area buy/sell/trade groups. Clearly this grill will sell better in metro areas. I actually listed that grill late last fall but got no takers, so I held it over until this spring.

I remember my dad using ceramic blocks like those in the grill we had on the back deck. It wasn't a weber. I do remember those things cracking and breaking apart pretty easily. The grill was designed to use ceramic briquets and these were an option. I don't remember them being an upgrade.

I think you are asking if you can move the gas/regulator hose to the other port with the plug and the install the hose for the side burner where the regulator hose was. Yes, you should have no problem doing that. Just use some tape or pipe dope on the connections. I recommend pipe dope...
