Yup, I've had to repair a couple using nylocks.

Its burners and flavorizer bars are compatible with the Genesis Gold/Silver models as it has the 5 flavorizer bar setup. Its BTU rating is also slightly lower (33,000 versus 35,000 for a Genesis 1000-5000 series and 36,000 for Genesis Silver/Gold). I picked one up by the side of the road back...

It's a 2005 and can be verified by looking at the serial number inside the cabinet on the right-hand side (on the opposite side of where the tank scale is). 2005 models are ~2 inches taller than previous models if you like that sort of thing.
