    That jerk chicken looks awesome. Walkerswood marinate, hot sauce and rub are my go to seasonings for it. Just wish I could get my hands on some affordable pimento wood for that ultra-authentic flavor.

    Here's a time lapse test that claims 60 briquettes ready in 15-16min. My 2/3 full Weber chimney usually takes 20-22min before its ready to dump.
