    Fitting a Signals/Billows on a WSM 14.5 - Pictures

Great write up and photos, thanks! I've been stuck trying to decide between the Signals & Fireboard as well as trying to figure which fan and adapter is best. Leaning toward the Fireboard because the app looks very cool and a pit viper fan with some kind of adapter. Maybe I can fashion something...

    Repair or Replace?

Just got an 18.5" after using my 14.5" for several years and loving it! Have only done 1 cook so far, but it holds so much more charcoal, I didn't run out toward end of cook which was an issue with overnights on 14.5". Definitely worth it for that IMO. Water pan cover (pizza pan) for 18.5" WSM

Has anyone found a pizza pan on Amazon that fits the 18.5" WSM water bowl other than the $31 one from Burnt Paper? I just can't see paying that much when an under $10 pizza pan would suffice. Would like to save drippings sometimes and save some aluminum foil from the landfill. Thanks!

They asked for photos and ended up shipping me a complete cookbox, new stainless lid, and all new burner tubes for free. This was...

I can let you know tomorrow, because I have a breast brining right now and just dug the label out of the trash... Trying to decide whether to pull it out of the brine, I hate to waste the bourbon I put in there!

    Hello from Concord, NC

Thanks for the link Don! I think for now I'm going to try the 14" and see what results I get and maybe upgrade down the road if needed. If it ever stops raining around here I'll get the Summit out and put on the new lid that's been in my garage past 2 weeks.

    Hello from Concord, NC

Lurking around here past couple months after looking for parts to rebuild my 2006 Summit 650. Saw info on the WSM and thought, "Hey I need one of those!" Mainly because I remember those great steaks, chicken, etc. my dad cooked on our Weber kettle and Smoky Joe's growing up in northern...
