Thank you all for the replies. I don't have a kettle. I have a pellet smoker and now the WSM. The reason for the question was out of curiosity. My research showed a lot of folks wanting to cook around 250, and some complaints about it running hot at 275. Just wondered if it could get to 350...
Thank you, Lew. I actually found the Virtual Weber Bullet site first. I am finding a ton of useful information between that and this forum. Happy I found both.
I haven't even assembled my 22" WSM, yet, and have a question. Is it fairly easy to get the WSM to 350 or 400 and maintain that temp for 2 to 3 hours? If so, any tips or tricks on how this is done will be greatly appreciated.
