I use all dexter russell sofgrip knives from restaurant depot or online . great knives for the money. i typ only have a slicer and boning knife for most everything. use whatever feels comfortable in your hands

Make a big ole pot of chili. Cheap to make and easy to quickly server to 200 people. All you need is a ladle and a stack of Styrofoam cups or little bowls.
