b) Cut base with a grinder
Too much time spending in playing with Weber stuff than grilling... Items have to be tested soon
If you can afford a Vortex just buy it. It seems it's an idea worth spending it...
Thank you but i do not intent to sale anything. This was a semi-DIY project. I made the designs a laser cut company made the cuts and the curves. That is what kept the price down.
This is why i give the designs too, for anyone who wants to 'make' the accessories cheaper.

I was fond of the Pizza Ring and Rotisserie attachments for Weber but those accessories are hard to find or very expensive in Greece. So i made some designs and laser cut them in a local company.

I have a weber q100 that i mostly use with a 3kg gas tank. I think it does not work so good.
I can't make it achieve a temo bigger than 240 celsious. Even on high after 40 minutes and almost empty.
Weber seller gave me a regulator 50mbar, 0.8kg/h to use with 16oz (445gr) weber small...
