Cannot get my SS Performer over 300 degrees? Outside temp @ 70. Using Kingsford charcoal banked to one side. Does anyone ever test the thermometer? Seems I used to get 300-400 regulary. Any idea's and what do you generally operate at temp wise. Bob J
