    I leave the flat side up. Makes for nice grill marks.

    what model do I have

    Fifty bucks,,, that's about the same as shop lifting. Looks just like my Silver B except mine is enclosed on the bottom with s.s. doors and molded shelves on the left and thermometer mounted in the center.

    Looks like my silver B,, fold down table on the left and 3 burners. The only difference is that mine has an enclosed bottom with doors. You couldn't pry it out of my paws, great unit.
