    Most of my smokes take place overnight... So, I'm drinking water and listening to crickets. However, when I grill, I'm usually drinking wine (chianti, shiraz, etc) and listening to the birds and my kids banging on the windows.

    Three weks of the best food I've ever eaten

    Same here. I've smoked three butts (two different cooks), two butterflied chickens, and a load of sausage. I'm worried that my first attempt at brisket will not go as well as the first four cooks. Oh well. Maybe I'll just cook more butts!
