Yeah, I got the same feeling from Steve R on Primal Grill. I don't think it is intentional. I think that he just doesn't know how to do TV. As much as Flay is a tool, he is entertaining to watch. Maybe for the wrong reasons sometimes!

John, Great point about learning from the people he competes against. I have watched the show in the past to get tips on what might be good in certain cities. But sometimes it is hard to stomach Flay's cockiness. I think my view of truly soured when I was watching The Next Food Network Star!
