    What is your limit?

    I smoked some jerky at 20 degrees in December and would be willing to go down another 10-12 degrees. My Memphis Pro smoker doesn’t care. It’s double insulated so temp has little to no effect on it.

    Idaho had a drought last year, so much so that irrigation water we use (per HOA rules) to keep our lawns watered was cut off in mid-October. It looks like we will be OK this year with our snowfall to-date.
