    Aarrgh! I hate Whirlpool!

Love our Bosch dishwasher. Agree it is very quiet. Well worth the money.

For sale, Weber 22 stainless performer.

Looking to part with my stainless performer. Has gas assist bottle, and does work (except tank needs to be filled). Also including the rotisserie ring, spit, and motor along with a wok (which does need a little cleaning). The cart is a little wobbly, but overall still in good shape. Located...

    Smokefires- large $499, small $399

It was only the two of them, that I am aware of, I was in there again on Monday and they were gone.

    Smokefires- large $499, small $399

they also had a summit 470 NG for $2100. It has been there awhile, I suspect the price will go down more soon, or they may be willing to deal to get floor space.

    Smokefires- large $499, small $399

If someone has an interest, I am happy to try and assist. The EX 6 was built, did not see the power cord; but other than that looked complete. The EX4 was still boxed. I live very close to the store, and would be willing to grab it and hold if someone interested. Text me at 224 532 3009

    Searwood first cook

Sorry, was neither advocating or contemplating doing so. It was more of a comment relative to my Smokefire; that with the grease management and the way the fire pot is constructed in the Searwood, it would seem to be less of a risk than if I were to do it in my Smokefire. I agree, after 3...

    Searwood first cook

I have had some flare ups in my Smokefire when I forget to clean. I do not see that probability with the Searwood based on the diffuser. While the smoke fire only has a canopy over the fire pot, the Searwood’s diffuser really seems to distribute the heat without the flame coming out the side of...

    Searwood first cook

I mentioned on a different thread a friend of mine got a Searwood. He did 3 pork shoulders the other day and I was able to get a few pics to share. I am still impressed with its performance, and have come to the conclusion that I will be replacing my Smokefire. It is no longer if, but when. I...

    The Searwood has arrived!

I had the opportunity to play with one the other day; albeit was a limited amount of time. The diffuser and flavorizer are stainless. The diffuser is much heavier duty than the canopy over the fire pot on my smoke fire. Overall, I was impressed. Given the functionality and options it presents...

    The Searwood has arrived!

Looks like a great grill. Thanks for the biscuit test; that provided a great visual. I too am on the fence. Love my large Smokefire, but do see this as potentially reducing one, or maybe (a very weak maybe) two of my grills. Certainly the versatility that they are advertising has me very...

    Found 22” on the curb.

Right? My only guess is that with the Labor Day weekend they spent some time purging as they was a lot of stuff by the curb. Also grabbed a Lodge cast iron Dutch oven with lid and a skillet. They are going to take a little more effort as they were poorly maintained.

    Found 22” on the curb.

Not sure why they were pitching this, but was complete other than the grates and water pan. I had an extra water pan, so will only need grates. Could use a better clean- I merely hosed it off, but had minimal use. Lid looks almost new. Had some friends get married yesterday; will likely give to...

I don’t; but do have one for the 22” Performer that I enjoy using for the Christmas ham. Good luck
