Had to take Mothers Day cook on the road so the mini came along for the ride. I love this little cooker. We used it to spin up a rack of pork with a half pair of OctoForks I wish we had brought more racks to cook...plenty of room for more. Juiciest tastiest pork chops ever, So addicting...

I've heard that same type of things with people cooking spiral hams. They've said they dry out on them. I wonder why that is. Spiral have always been some of my favorites. Spinning like this I think the basting glaze could really soak in between the slices...
The results speak for themselves...they look super! I've done lots of 60 minute total time BB cooks but on a rotisserie. If you have a roti I'll share a concept with you I'm sure you'll love.
