I decided to go with the Silver Bullet Jacket. It has worked very well for me, I don't notice it being affected by any weather changes, including wind.

I have the Ique 110. I like how it connects to the WSM, so that was one thing that sold me on it. It works very well, I just did 13+ hours 2 nights ago without issues.

How many people are you cooking for? I just cooked 13lbs of pork shoulders and 2 racks of ribs on the 18.5 yesterday.

That's how I am as well. I don't like to open it until I'm checking to see if it's done.

Do you guys see a big difference if you don't spritz? I like to set it and forget it until I check for doneness.

I've had some good rib turnouts using foil, but I'm looking to go without foil this weekend. How long should I smoke them at 250 without foil? Each slab is around 5 pounds.

I'm in the market for either the ET-732 or ET-733. Does anyone have an opinion on which one I should get? I was actually about to order the 732 when I saw the 733 announcement. I can see the additions of the easier alarms, and the ability to monitor both probes for food/smoker or 1 for each...

I would love to see some responses as well. My Ique 110 has worked great so far. I do like the idea of wifi though, so I might end up going with one with that on my next one.

Does anyone use the Silver Bullet Jacket? I was wondering if it would be possible to use the Ique 110 with it? I know that you can use the BBQ Gurus with it, but I wasn't sure about the dog bowl on the Ique. I will be dealing with a lot of wind, rain, and of course, snow. Any help is appreciated!

I actually found out that I was much lower on charcoal than I thought. I could see underneath the ashes. I put in another 1/2 chimney, and it started rocking out 250 for another 2 hours.

Yeah, I've always liked to adjust it, then let it sit to see how well it works. I definitely want a wind block, I just didn't think I'd need it quite yet, it seems so early in the year! I have the temp set at around 240. It notices when it is below temp, but it can't seem to get it back up once...

I am working on my first overnight smoke, and my Ique seems to be working great. I went out to check recently, and the wind has really picked up. The WSM is now sitting a little lower than I want, and the Ique fan is having to run constantly to keep it steady. I have the top vent completely open...
