    Thanks for your thoughts and to Lew, yes, that was my thought. I think my better half is more thinking of just smoked, not dried, for using in pepperad (sic) and oils etc. Thanks. Nice to know this site never changes as far as people willing to share.

    Second timer

    Second time around this board for me. Had a 22.5 WSM and did many company functions and parties with it. Managed to even win a couple of cook-offs with my ribs. Unfortunately a 22.5 WSM is bit of a load for just 2 people so I sold it and tried to "adapt" my kettle and / or my Genesis to handle...
