Had a successful cook yesterday but think the rub I used was a bit "heavy" for the pork ribs. Used Montreal Steak Seasoning and maybe had too much? Anyway, I took many pics but now I have to figure out how to post them....anyone have any suggestions?..

Hi, I'm Joe from Charlotte, NC and just got a WSM 18.5. I've grilled a lot but have never smoked food so I'm really excited to take this journey. I'd like to thank all those who have contributed to this forum, which is great, to give me help and inspiration in starting out in the WSM world...
