    These are the two approaches I've used so far, but 2 large rib racks bought from Lowes (generic brand, non Weber brand, much better than thin ones from Weber).

    Stuffing my 22 inch Weber Bullet with 80 pounds spareribs, cut to St. Louis style, but keeping tidbits (close to the door for early tasting!). 3rd year for the 4th of July Rib Fest, first year 60 pounds, last year 70 pounds, this year pushing the limits up to 80 pounds. Keep finding new ways...
