Standing on a corner in Winslow Arizona...we've all heard the song by the Eagles. We planned a trip to stay there for a night on a Southwest Road Trip on Route 66. Yes...there is a flat bed Ford on the corner.

Never done that combo, but it sounds good. Would be tasty in a soft tortilla with all the fixin's (y) Any heat from the chiles will 'soften' with the pork fat juicy goodness.

I'd have to say that on our most recent road trip thru Utah and Colorado, the best place we ate at was The Goat And Clover Tavern in Grand Junction. British and Irish themed. I had a shepherd's pie that was absolutely delicious!

We've been to Sedona a couple of times - each one had fantastic views. It can be a bit busy driving, but if you time it right the rewards are amazing!
