I guess I will have to drill a few extra holes in the z-bars. A few unused holes will be visible. The spacing on the side shelf and bottom shelf might be off a little. Live and learn. Now if I can only find the bolts for the wooden handle!

I bought redwood last year. I went for the wider look after having done a grill with narrow redwood boards. The new boards are nominally 2-6/16" wide. I've lightly stained them and varnished them. I just started to dry-fit them to the black z-bars. DOH...

Thank you so much. I will double check the measurements for my specific grill, but it sounds like if I saw off 2-7/16" on the two legs and use the standard locking Weber casters - the frame will be level when using the 6" Weber wheels.

That's the one! Do you know which igniter kit will work for this The hole firebox looks a little different. There is the whole for the electrode/porcelain then a threaded hole for a screw (which is sheared off). I was going to buy this:
