    Making a party of it. Friends coming over to enjoy the pool, music, drink, and some smoked meat. Going in the WSM, spare ribs, boston butt, and some whole chickens.

    Throwdown #34: Kebabs

    Made some Kababs last weekend and finally got around to getting pictures up. Surf/Turf and Dessert Makers Mark marinated steak and shrimp with chorizo. Ready for the grill Now were cooking. Added some corn. The wife loves Mexican street corn. Strawberry and pound cake for dessert.

    Flavor was good medium smoke. I really like smokey, but the wife medium smoke. She said they were perfect. Moisture was good and they bite was good clean bone.

    My wife thinks I'm crazy, but how could I pass this up. A 900 LP with a new tank $20. Discount on a tank and a free grill. So far I've dismantled and cleaned the inside of firebox.

    Steak and Shrimp Tacos

    My Son requested Tacos. He claims we have had, "smoked stuff for the last two weekends, and something different would be good'. I'm not sure you can ever have enough smoked meats. Marinated top round and shrimp with cilantro and lime. Made fresh salsa and guacamole.
