Has anybody had any experience setting up the BBQ Guru on the Weber charcoal Summit? I had real difficulty keeping it up to temperature (260) on a recent cook using the Guru.. It’s like it’s not supplying enough air.
I'm in the market for a 22.5 WSM - I keep reading two different descriptions regarding the porcelain components with some listing the top and bottom bowl and pan as porcelain "coated". Other descriptions list those and the center section. My question is, has there been an update on the WSM recently which may effect the center section of the smoker?
