Nevada > Las Vegas: Jessie Rae's BBQ

They still haven't rebuilt a location in Las Vegas. Have not travelled to their location in Henderson which is just too far away for those of us west of the Strip. No way to keep the food warm with that long of a drive! Hope they find a spot and get reopened in Las Vegas!

Nevada > Las Vegas: Rollin Smoke Barbeque

Revisted two of the Rollin' Smoke locations and had a split decision. Original location on Highland near the strip is excellent and the one to visit. The one closest to us on Flamingo does not have the quality or vibe of the original. We have driven to the the original location several...

Nevada > Las Vegas/Henderson: Big B's Texas BBQ

Been awhile since reviewing this place. The Ft. Apache location closed in early 2024 promising a new location nearby. Too far to go to the Henderson location. It was supposed to have opened in September 2024, but for whatever reason it just opened in JULY 2025! New Location is at Sahara...

California > Los Angeles: Canter's Deli

They had a location here in Las Vegas which was a victim of poor timing so it ultimately closed. It was in Trivoli Village, but was located in a wing that had just opened and had little foot traffic and had higher prices. Closest Jewish deli now is on the other side of Las Vegas in...

    Weber Emblem Restorations

This thread reminds me of the late Rich Dahl's Weber crock pot. I sure miss him and sharing our Camp Chef pellet grill experiences as well as our Weber sidewinder experiences! I hope Barb is doing well.

    Grease Tray-Weber Genesis 310 EP

I put it on top of the flavorizer bars after scraping the big pieces off. The foil does help solve the issue quite a bit.

    Talk about bum luck

I've got several Ryobi 18 volt tools and they have not skipped a beat. Some go back to the blue color days before the safety slime green. Never had a issue with the tools, but the batteries have been all over the ballpark once they are out of warranty.

    Started playing with Coleman things...

The second LP gas grill I bought was a green monster Coleman with a side burner. Unfortunately, it didn't cook for diddly since it was way too big for the btu's. Finally gave it away when we moved west. Was the reason we went through a couple of Smoky Joe's which didn't do well in New...

    Gas pressure problems

Just checking.... Does the grill have the round cut out in the floor and the hole on the right side to get the hose to the manifold. Also, you should have a tank scale inside the cabinet. If so, it is a propane model. If it doesn't have those features, then it probably is a natural gas...

We had a 1200w Kitchenaid rangehood MW that ran for 12 years. Of course it died during the pandemic No more black so we had to get ss and replacement is only 1000w so we have been havie had to relearn cooking times since most everything you buy has instructions for 1200w. Once this one dies...
