No. I am either connecting the wireless adapter or the ethernet, but not both at the same time...and rebooting each time I switch. Going to try hooking up to the network at a friend's place to see what happens.

I don't think so. The problem persists even if the Wifi adapter is removed so there is no chance of other wireless interference. Craig
