I has the BK Regal and it cooked well. However the parts inside disintegrated like flakes, they started falling apart. It had a 10 years warranty which they honored for the internal parts. I do know that most of their older model had AL firebox and top lid.
Is worth for the historical reason and to a collector. Not to grill on it. Is a conversation piece.
This forum exist because the classic Weber is a great engineering design. We here 30 years later restoring Weber grills is proving that.
One can buy a $300 restored Weber and grill all day.
I have to say that since I joined this forum I have noticed how careless and superficial some people are. Fire is something that some people don’t take seriously and it does not tolerate such behavior, this was a “lucky” incident however some are not.
Could be that renters in general don’t care...
278 sq. in. Weber cant be serious; they did not even bother to adapt the bigger Q 3200 to have a larger cooking area, $900 absolutely not.
Really this is for a vegetarian or someone that cooks 3 oz worth of meat.
