I use both the WG lump (mail order) and RO lump (USA) from Restaurant Depot. The WG bag is 22# and just a tad smaller than the RO 17# bag. Seems that the WG is a bit denser without any scrap lumber. But the price on the RO I can buy locally is hard to beat.
I joined the KCBS to qualify for the day pass.
I'm a sucker for volume buys and I really enjoy going to that place.

The 17# USA RO is a great buy.
I'v been pleased with the meat quality.
Overall I'd say it is worth the $35.00 to join the KCBS for the day...
