    S-330 Clean up

Same question with the sides of the lid. My Genesis E-330 has the typical dark smoke stains around the rotisserie hole. I can confirm that Purple Power and SOS pads don't really help. Thinking about trying a Magic Eraser with some Barkeeper's Friend smooshed onto it next. It would be a total...

    Foil wrap your Flavorizer bars?

Hi everyone - just yesterday, I scored my dream Genesis II E-610 six-burner on Offer-up to compliment my other Weber family members (26.75 Performer Quarantine Project and 14" WSM). I'm going through all the typical clean-up and will more than likely purchase a new set of flavorizer bars...

Full Packer Brisket on 14.5 WSM

Hello everyone! I had been thinking about how to do a full-packer brisket on my 14.5 WSM for some time. Here's how I ended up doing it: First - meet my custom "brisket bar". I made this from a simple length of 2" x 1/8" steel flat bar. I used a grinder to cut two notches on the ends that...

Greetings everyone! I live out west in Las Vegas and have always been a big of this forum. Here's a picture of my Weber family, which consists of a Performer Deluxe and my little 14.5 WSM. Glad to have taken the plunge and joined the forum!
