    Ceramic Weber?

I love my kettles and wsm's but I've been itching to get me a primo xl ceramic grill/smoker. Anyone know if Weber has any plans to make a ceramic cooker? I wonder why they haven't ventured into this market yet?

First Brisket - What size to buy?

    1. I like whole packers which will probably be too much food for your family. I personally like 10-11lb range. 2. It should say pork shoulder or picnic. And for pork butt it will say that, or boston butt.

can someone explain this rib cut?

I believe those are spares you are describing. The bones you speak are of cartilage? If so, yes spare ribs. You can trim them to St. Louis cut if you'd like. Tasty either way.

    Cleaning Weber Charcoal Grill

Spray some oven cleaner, let sit for a few minutes without letting it dry and scrub with a metal sponge or a ball of aluminum foil. It will take awhile but it should come off.
