Looking for a pulled pork dip recipe. I have company tonight and leftover pulled pork in the freezer. thanks!!!
Anyone have a Pulled Pork Dip Recipe

Got sour cream and mayo? Or cottage cheese or cream cheese?
Blend two or more of the above in equal portions. (Use a blender if using cream cheese.) Fold in minced pulled pork till the mixture is loaded with it and quite thick. Fold in a splash of cider vinegar and some rub. (In lieu of rub add some chipotle or smoked paprika.) Adjust salt. Adjust vinegar. Serve.

Tried this today- I'll call it a success! Was surprised to find I had no cider vinegar but I did have some carolina red made a ways back so I used that. Very tasty.
